Happy New Year's Eve!

Don't forget to go outside and see the blue moon - two full moons in December and the second, the "blue moon" is tonight, New Years Eve. In other parts of the world you can view a partial eclipse, too! Not in the Americas, though, but if anyone sees it please report! What a treat.

It was going to be visible down here, but only as a shadowing of part of the moon. And since some light, high clouds moved in... Well, let's just say you couldn't even tell from our vantage point. Bummer.

Hope you had a great New Years Eve! I just got home from a family thingy and am about to fall into bed, literally (tired, not drunk!)

I have the next 4 days off, during which I'll get my tree down ( wth, we just put it up!), do some house cleaning, shopping, catch up on blog reading (yes, yours), and enjoy some down time- finally!

Happy 2010 to you & WP (and the cat)
